A Typically within 90 days for an integrated implementation.

Q How much of the implementation work can be done by Caspian?

A As little as you want or every task, it depends on your internal resources, their skill set and availabilities.

Q How much training will a field based sales person will need?

A As little as possible is our approach! We don't meet many field based sales people and account managers who relish the thought of spending days being trained on a system, any system. Following our methodology it can be as little as half a day.

Q Can we control access and views of specific data between different types of users or divisions within the company?

A Yes you can. In fact you can build any amount of security in addition to range of options already available.

Q How would you ensure that we get a system that everyone would want to use? There are not many things in our company where everyone is in agreement with!
